Country Sales Manager - Ireland - Ireland, Non UK
Our client is recruiting for a Country Sales Manager to be home based and cover the territory of Ireland. There is an office available in Dublin for use throughout the year. The role is paying a basic salary of £50,000 OTE £65K.
The client is a leading provider of technology equipment and solutions financing, customising financing products to meet specific business objectives.
Role Purpose:
The Country Sales Manager Ireland will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the revenue goals of the region.
Essential Duties:
•Responsible for meeting and exceeding the regions sales volumes and all required targets.
•Build and maintain a customer focused sales culture within the region.
•Develop marketing plan for existing programs and ensure consistency in the region regarding fundamental sales practice such as obtaining vendor forecasts and engaging end-user customers early within vendor programs.
•For both existing and new vendor programs in the region, identify the optimal sales support to achieve maximum penetration from programs.
•Expand vendor and end-user customer relationships that exist in one country to another within the region as appropriate.
•Use, support and implement company systems initiatives including contact management, sales forecasting, and tracking.
•Identify market requirements and recommend new products and financing opportunities to the Regional Sales Manager and appropriate leadership.
•Take the lead in identifying, approaching and developing new local and or international vendor programs in close cooperation with the Regional Sales Manager and appropriate leadership.
•Contribute towards the success of the business by helping and coaching others towards their objectives.
Job Skills and Qualifications:
•Solid track record of success in sales and sales management roles.
•Experience and good knowledge of leasing, preferably vendor leasing.
•Good knowledge of the UK & Ireland leasing market including operating leasing, finance leases and general IT Financing and deal structuring. Strong knowledge of documentation, tax and accounting issues, asset management and remarketing.
•Experience developing or working with contact management software and other technology to enhance sales efforts and the organization as a whole.
•Track record of delivering Board level presentations.
•Cooperative work style and ability to communicate effectively with internal teams to complete transactions.
•Proven successful experience of recruiting, managing & motivating a team.
Personal Skills and Experience:
•Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and delegate as necessary.
•Strong project management skills and ability to clearly communicate and role model the companys vision and philosophies.
