Job Title:		Sales & Marketing Executive

Description:		Sales & Marketing Executive - Radcliffe, Greater Manchester My client is a leading insurance company; they are recruiting sales and marketing executives due to expansion and success.The Role: To develop non-motor legal expense insurance accounts.To market, promote and sell funding schemes to solicitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads and the signing of solicitors onto the scheme panel. You will liase with the ATE Underwriting Manager in the continued development and expansion of the Funding ATE insurance and any other products, which may be marketed in this area. Main Duties: · To generate own leads and visit potential new solicitors who are interested in the scheme with a view to signing them onto the panel of members.· To manage an advertising budget to promote the scheme.· Utilise legal expenses and sales experience to discuss the scheme with potential panel members.· To assist in the continued development of the ATE schemes. · Developing bespoke Legal Expenses Insurance products with Solicitors. The Person:You must have business to business field sales experience with the insurance industryYou must have a practical understanding and working knowledge of general commercial legal expenses productsYou must possess a strong work ethic, and a highly developed sales aptitude and the determination to advance your career in a high performing environment. Above all you must be motivated by money.You must have sound commercial awareness, sound judgement and negotiating skills, while having the ability to identify, quantify and maximise business opportunitiesYou must have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills35 hours per week25k – 27 basic OTE 45k + Bonus and car
