Our prestigious Clients are now looking to recruit qualified and experienced Mortgage Specialists
JOB PURPOSE/CONTENT
this is a new role to support our Clients aim of providing a comprehensive service to its existing mortgage customers every time they contact us.
The job holder will provide a comprehensive mortgage sales service across the Customer Operations, offering credible and knowledgeable advice to existing regulated and unregulated mortgage customers on mortgages and general insurance products, in order to meet customer needs and achieve customer retention targets.
The job holder will be CeMAP qualified.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Keeps fully up to date with all mortgage products and services, responding promptly to customer enquiries most enquiries will come from referrals by our Clients help lines, but the branches, Customer Operations and Borrower Retention Team will also refer enquiries and leads.
To conduct mortgage interviews with customers over the telephone, providing advice and a recommendation where appropriate and actively selling and introducing appropriate Group products and services.
To cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues around the business, providing appropriate training, coaching and support to maximise referral opportunities
To identify referral opportunities from customers, and pass to other product specialists
Salary & Remuneration
Basic Salary of up to £27,000 plus excellent OTE
