Description:Commercial Property Underwriter - Croydon - Croydon, Surrey Highly respected insurer with strong reputation and expertise in the commercial insurance market is looking for a specialist Commercial Property Underwriter to join their busy team. Responsible for your own panel of brokers you will be servicing and managing the relationships, handling existing business and renewals as well as gaining some new business from cross and up selling. You will be required to go out and visit your brokers and to undertake file audits to ensure compliance in line with company and FSA guidelines. The right individual will have experience underwriting commercial property business and will be able to demonstrate excellent relationship management skills. ACII or progression towards the exams would be an advantage. The role offers a tremendous opportunity to handle large and complex cases, develop and create or enhance your name within the broker market and to progress your career within a respected and high quality team.
