Job Title:Mortgage Sales Manager
Description:Mortgage Sales Manager - Leamington Spa, Warwickshire Mortgage Sales Manager required to Manage a team of qualified Mortgage Advisors. In this role you will be working for a Major Banc Assurer and responsible for all aspects of Sales performance and development of Advisors. You must be a fully Mortgage Qualified (Cemap or equivalent ) and have experience of managing a team.Ideally you will hold Competent Supervisor status and have some previous Managerial experience. The role is both diverse and exciting as the business continues to expand. The reward package is excellent with a basic salary in the range of £30-£45k plus achievable bonus.Other benefits include a Company car,Pension,DIS,Health Cover,SAYE,ETC. This role is based at Leamington Spa and covers the surrounding area.
