Systems Accountant - Cardiff, Wales
Our client is one of the worlds leading organisations providing total infrastructure solutions including advice, finance, design and operations to industries including Highways, Transport, Water, Property and Telecoms. As part of their continued organic growth they are currently looking to recruit a Systems Accountant.
Systems Accountant Role:
* The Systems Accountant will be in charge of the production of monthly Management Accounts.
* The Systems Accountant identifying and implement system enhancements.
* The Systems Accountant will be working on implementation of new financial system.
* The Systems Accountant will be involved in the production of annual budgets and reforecasts.
* The Systems Accountant will Manage cash flows
Systems Accountant Skills Required:
* The Systems Accountant should have experience of working within a finance team in a medium sized business.
* The Systems Accountant should have good spreadsheet skills
* The Systems Accountant should have experience of involvement in acquisitions (desirable)
* The Systems Accountant should have gained experience within a finance department operating modern financial systems.
* The Systems Accountant should have knowledge of systems implementation.
* The Systems Accountant should have experience of delivering system improvements.
Systems Accountant Qualifications:
* Holder of full recognised financial qualification / Completion of most stages of recognised financial qualification
* First Degree
Systems Accountant Personal Characteristics:
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Commitment to quality (right first time)
The Systems Accountant will receive a salary of between £22,000 - £32,000
