Part Time Accounts Assistant - Camberley, Surrey
My client, a global blue chip manufacturing organisation, is currently seeking a part time Accounts Assistant to join their team based in Camberley.
Day to day duties will include:
- Produce daily sales reports by exporting data from the finance system
- Match, batch and code high volumes of invoices on a weekly basis
- Resolve internal and external queries
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Process weekly timesheets and new starter information
- Deal with all ad hoc administration including spreadsheet analysis
The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise workloads. Excel experience including pivot tables is essential along with previous accounts payable experience.
