**THIS IS A PART-TIME ROLE - MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM-1PM. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PENSIONS/INSURANCE
My client, a financial services organisation based in the heart of Leeds, is seeking an experienced PA to work on a part-time basis
P.A. DUTIES
-Diary Management
-Provide Secretarial Support
-Ensure telephone calls and correspondence are dealt with
-Deal with complaints in accordance with company procedures
-Prioritise work
-Undertake other duties which may be reasonably required
ADMINISTRATION DUTIES
-Client File Preparation – Agenda Sheet
-Prepare Compliance documents
-Personal Risk Analysis
-Personal Investment Analysis
-Letter confirming receipt of
-IDD, TOB & Menu
-Obtain policy valuations and create spreadsheet for file
-Update and print a Quay Fact file (if none printed recently)
-Obtain Quotes
-Pre-filled application forms
-Prepare Money Laundering Form (with copy ID docs if up to date and on file)
-Keep all data confidential
Processing Business -
-ABACUS Front Sheet
-Check List
Post
-Handle Internal and External mail
Filing
-Good Audit Trails on files
-Files to be put away and in secure cabinets
-Filing cabinets/systems to be kept in good order
Compliance
-Deal with Compliance File check reports
-Compliance Files to be kept up to date
-Ensure all Compliance documents used for preparing files are current
Stationery
-Check stocks and order each Thursday from Sophie Boyle
Fire Regulations
-Risk Assessment needs to be carried out occasion
-Risk Assessment Report to be done when required.
First Aid
-Check First Aid Box fully supplied
