Job Title:Compliance Officer
Description:Compliance Officer - Whiteley, Hampshire Compliance Officer (Up to £19,000K). Our client based in Whiteley are a successful, expanding financial brokers. They provide mortgages and loans direct to customers. My client is currently seeking a “Compliance Officer” to work with and support the Compliance Manager. The Role: • Support Compliance Manager in developing and training competent staff. • Keep up to date with all FSA regulations (Financial Services Association) and terms & conditions requirements. • Maximise all business effectively through effective resource planning • Mortgage file checks, providing feedback and ensure remedial action is undertaken in a timely manner. • Produce company standard letters. • Compliance audit checking, checking fact finds by internal advisors • Pursue personal development skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance of the role. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with advisory and supervisory members of staff. • Produce report information to the Assistant Compliance Manager on trend analysis and file checks with key findings. The Person: • Commercially focused. • Attention to detail. • Planning and organisational skills. • Numerate. • Analytical. • Team player. • Personable. • Willingness to develop.
