Mortgage Adviser (Trainee) This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to join a large nationwide group that invest in their employees. Estate Agency based, your role will be primarily to give face to face mortgage advice. Suitable applicants will possess excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and excellent organisational skills. Industry sales experience is required and industry training is provided, although CeMap is essential for understanding the industry. Applicants that are able to illustrate achievement in their careers and have not just drifted from one job to another are always considered. The ideal applicant is someone who is looking long term to pursue a career rather than a job and is determined to succeed. Essential skills: CeMap 1 or equivalent Full UK Drivers Licence We are looking for a Trainee Mortgage Adviser who is looking to enter the Mortgage Sector. Applicants will need to have great communication skills, be dedicated, self motivated and have the natural ability to motivate and inspire. The role will be challenging and diverse. The successful candidate will need to have the following:
Preferable Skills:
• Be a graduate (not essential)
• Proven track record in sales is desirable
• Minimum CeMap 1 or the equivalent
• Minimum 6 months non retail sales experience
• Drivers license (not essential)
• Stable career history
