Based in a large busy branch you値l provide a professional, quality and comprehensive mortgage advisory service to customers and provide cover for further local branches if necessary. As part of a team, you will know that the achievement of your individual targets is dependent on effective team working.
You will need to be fully CeMap qualified, you値l have a proven successful sales track record or part CeMap qualified and currently working in a targeted financial services sales role. In return, you値l receive the training you need to get you up to speed on our range of products and services.
You will be to be self confident, with an outgoing, friendly personality, you値l be an excellent communicator who痴 at ease dealing with customers about their financial needs face to face, on the phone and in writing. You値l be hungry for a challenge and motivated by rewards, with the drive, passion and desire to exceed sales targets.
The position has a starting salary in the range of ｣20,000 to ｣27,000, plus a branch bonus and an individual bonus which is based on you achieving your targets. If you are 100% to target they will earn ｣5,000 bonus, 120% ｣7K, 140% ｣9K, 160% ｣11K etc etc, plus.......
22 days holiday, preferential staff offers - mortgages/banking etc, save as you earn scheme/shareplan, branch uniform, local Incentives.
PC skills and the ability to work with numbers are a must. You must be able to work as part of a team within this progressive organisation as well as able to work towards targets and identify cross sales opportunities.
