This extremely high profile and business critical role requires an experienced individual to lead and oversee a network of Branches within the company, supporting in the delivery of sales and operational performance targets in the branch distribution channel. Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for ensuring optimum branch performance is met and maintained particuarly ensuring the quantity and quality of leads generated to the specialist sales teams for products such as retail savings, credit cards, personal loans etc.. A proven track record within Financial Services in a sales driven environment is essential, together with remote
management experience. Responsible for staffing levels throughout the network of branches, you will have proven ability in recruiting, training, coaching and undertaking regular one to ones with Branch Managers. Adept at dealing with performance issues, setting and communicating sales targets and reviewing and improving systems and procedures you will be a natural communicator and motivator to your teams. You will be able to deliver a high level of public awareness within the Society's heartland through relevant community activities and be able to manage clear audit and compliance requirements.
