Our client is active in every aspect of the gas industry, from exploration and production, trading and transmission, to services, distribution and supply. Our client, the UK supply business, entered the gas market in 1999 and the electricity market in 2002. Their focus is purely on business customers (including many well known, high profile customers), where they utilise long-term knowledge and experience of the UK market to maximum effect. Our client is currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to participate in the company’s corporate development in the UK. Reporting to the Corporate Development Manager, You will oversee the development of renewable assets and on-site customer generation projects. Other key accountabilities include the promotion of our client’s expertise, especially in the electricity sector and contribution to Regulatory Activity linked to generation development. The successful candidate will have proven experience in project management. An electricity and gas industry background is also essential. Commercial and financial expertise would be appreciated, as well as good writing skills. You will be proactive and resourceful in nature, and have a discerning eye for meeting a customer’s unique requirements.
