Due to increasing demand for its financial services business, our clients, some of the UK''s largest Estate Agency chains, seek more Mortgage Consultants to add to their growing adviser force. The chosen candidate will be responsible for maximising the sale of mortgage and NU life products. Your role primarily will be to qualify mortgage leads as well as maximise on cross-selling of Life Products. The role will also involve the observance of all compliance requirements, administration in accordance with company policy and procedure, provision of high level of customer service in line with Best Advice principles, maintaining levels of product knowledge, legislation and selling rules. Successful candidates will also possess an excellent telephone manner, along with the organisational and interpersonal skills required to work unassisted and to deal with clients at all levels. In return, you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary package along with uncapped OTE. Please note you need to be FSA regulated – CeMap (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) qualification important. Private Training for CeMap can be provided. (Can be done within less than a month, total of 8 days training) Experience: Full UK drivers licence A strong team player Dynamic and self motivated 1. Potential OTE 2. Realistic commission earnings around £30k-35k. 3. High-performing, experienced Mortgage + Life producers can easily earn up to £50k - £60k p.a. 4. Car Allowance up to £3,600 p.a. 5. Pension 6.
