Job Title:		Claims Team Leader

Description:		Claims Team Leader - Bolton, Lancashire Claims Team Leader / Supervisor 19k A team leader is required to run team of motor claims handlers of mixed ability and experience and you will therefore need to have a flexible approach, good leadership skills and the ability to create a cohesive team and so ensure the continued success of your team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with some supervisory/team leading experience who is looking to take their next step. As well as the day-to-day running of the team you will need to have you will also be involved in claims handling. You will provide leadership to motivate your team to achieve service standards by regular team meeting and appraisals and have the ability to recognise individual claim handlers' needs with regard to training and mentoring. Good communication skills are also essential to ensure effective communication with external as well as internal customers by telephone, correspondence and face-to-face.
