Our prestigious Client is now looking for a Mortgage Sales Manager
Job Purpose
Develop and deliver, in conjunction with the RMSD, the regional direct mortgage sales plan in order to optimise Mortgage Specialist performance against targets.
Key Accountabilities
In conjunction with the RMSD, develop an annual operating plan for direct mortgage sales, which takes account of the local opportunity and competitive environment.
Communicate, implement and monitor performance.
Coach, develop and support direct reports to ensure maximum sales effectiveness, proactively promoting a high performance culture.
Undertake supervision, development and coaching of Mortgage Specialists for regulatory purposes.
Working with HR, recruit high calibre sales staff
Lead the cultural, behavioral and business changes necessary to achieve the continuous development of a customer-oriented business.
Contribute to and share accountability for the overall regional plan.
Direct and control compliance with all legislative requirements when selling UKRB mortgage products.
Assess, monitor and report operational and business risks for the business area to deliver secure operations and the safety of staff.
Monitors the competitiveness of the direct channel offerings and makes recommendations for improvement to the RMSD to optimise profitability and market share.
Identify and cultivate external business development opportunities
Through effective leadership and promotion of Diversity, reinforce management practices and communication processes to optimise individual and team performance.
Ensure that sales reporting processes are being used effectively by Mortgage Specialists to identify performance against target, establishing the extent and cause of any variances.
Ensure that all staff understand and are committed to consistently delivering the best customer experience.
Support the implementation of Integrated Mortgage Process and subsequent performance
Our Client is offering an excellent package for the right person, this includes:
Basic Salary between £30 - £45,000 per annum
Excellent OTE
