Job Title:		Mortgage Administration Consultant

Description:		Mortgage Administration Consultant - Padiham, Lancashire Our Client one of the UK's leading provider of outsourced third party mortgage administration services is looking for a Mortgage Administration Consultant. You will cover all aspects of administration work, including issuing quotations and converting accounts, dealing with death cases, keeping insurance records up to date and accurate, administering lettings, transfers of equity, second charge questionnaires and references, ground rent arrears, returned mail, part sale of land and compensation claims. Successful candidates will: Have good PC & keyboard skills Microsoft office skills Be organised with attention to detail Be willing to learn Be quality conscious Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Be a team player
