They are now looking for a Branch Assistant to join their successful team based in Barrow in Furness.
Reporting to the Branch Manager your duties will be:
1. To provide an efficient, error free cashiering service in full compliance with the Society’s cashiering and cash management procedures.
2. To proactively identify business opportunities from customers and convert the opportunities into counter sales or appointments/leads for interviewers.
3. To achieve the mortgage lead generation targets in order to contribute to the branch achievement of mortgage sales targets.
4. To efficiently carry out administrative tasks error free.
5. To provide a high standard of service to customers in accordance with the Society’s customer service standards.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, be numerate, confident with good communication skills. Experience within a sales or banking environment would be beneficial.
The salary for this excellent opportunity is £13,181 per annum.
