Job Title: Client Cashier
Location: Hoddesdon
We are a large property organisation that provides a one-stop-shop for a broad range of services related to the management, maintenance, procurement, design, construction and insurance of property.
We are currently looking for a client cashier to b responsible for processing of cheques and other cash monies received on behalf of residential management companies.
Duties will include:
- Process client receipts in Yardi Voyage against residential’s accounts
- Transfer monies from central receipts account to each RMC in both Yardi and banking software
- Daily banking of receipts and reconciliation to yardi Voyager
- Liaison with other departments and banks as appropriate to resolve queries
- General assistance to the client receipts/payments manager
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
The successful candidate will have good analytical and numeracy skills and will be computer literate to a good level. It would be beneficial if you have experience of high volume transaction processing.
Experience within a property management industry is not required, but it would benefit your application if you have experience of Yardi Voyager, however this is not essential as training will be given.
