Job Title:Sales Advisor - Retail Banking
Description:Sales Advisor - Retail Banking - Keynsham, Avon Our client, a well know high street building society, is seeking a customer advisor to join their established team in Keynsham. You will be responsible for dealing with customers face to face in the branch and via the telephone, ensuring outstanding levels of customer service are delivered at all times. The role will involve an aspect of warm sales, introducing customers to various products and service to suit their needs; however you will gain full support from the team as well as generous incentives! You should ideally have previous customer service and sales experience, from either a retail or call centre background, with the desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have a good standard of maths and English to GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills with a company that offers fantastic training and development and a competitive remuneration package.
