Description:Secretary/ Office Administrator - Pangbourne, Berkshire Secretary/ Office Administrator Location: Home Counties-Berkshire Salary: £18000 (£19,000 upon completion of probation period) A little about us: We are the leading B2B business magazine covering the south of the UK. Who we are looking for: A vacancy exists for an experienced Secretary/ Office Administrator to join our nine-strong head office team. Applicants should be reliable and accurate, have a good telephone manner and strong organisational skills. Five days per week, 9am to 5pm with an hour's lunch. The role entails: 1. Managing the office administration (stationery, cleaner, couriers, etc). 2. Providing PA support for Managing Director and Sales Director 3. Providing admin support for events, sales, production staff, etc 4. Handling general telephone and email enquiries. 5. Assisting with event planning. 6. Updating our extensive contacts database. 7. Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, etc. 8. Invoicing using Sage Line 50. Required Skills: The Secretary/ Office Administrator should have the following: 1. Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Sage. 2. Own transport. 3.
