Job Title:		Head of Project Management

Description:		Head of Project Management - Dorset Our client, a blue chip group, operating one of the largest pension schemes in the UK, is seeking an exceptional individual to ensure the consistent delivery of a World Class service. Reporting to the Head of Service Integration, you be essentially responsible for the operational aspects of change portfolio delivery to the required cost, quality and timescale. The day-to-day management of the management of the delivery of the portfolio will fall within your remit. As the senior and most experienced Project Manager, you will manage the team of Project Managers; provide coaching and training, as well as taking responsibility for the delivery of the most complex projects. A superb communicator, you will successfully liaise with stakeholders at various levels both external and internal to pensions. Possessing substantial experience in managing and delivering projects to a high standard within the private sector, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent. Preferably, you will be abreast with pensions regulation and the company’s pension scheme and policy. Long term prospects Generous remuneration package
