Job Title:Audit Senior Accountant
Description:Audit Senior Accountant - England, UK Qualified Audit Senior Accountant required for top twenty Chartered Practice based in Brighton. As a senior representative of the firm, the senior is responsible for the image of the firm presented at the clients by the audit team. You will have specific responsibility for the day to day running of assignments, production of financial statements and the efficient and orderly completion of the audit fieldwork. Day to day duties include planning the audit assignment including drafting the budget, making a preliminary assessment of risk and materiality, tailoring the audit programmes. Compiling financial statements from client books and records (computerised and manual). Allocating work to the audit team and providing on the job training for assistants. You will ensure that standards are maintained and procedures followed by the whole team. . You will be ACA or ACCA qualified with solid experience of working as an audit senior on corporate clients and potentially charity / pension clients. Salary £35,000- £45,000 Commutable from Brighton, Bognor Regis and West Sussex.
