Job Title:CDS Analyst
Description:CDS Analyst - Berkshire, Berkshire Telecom/Berkshire Maidenhead A leading multinational 3G mobile provider has an exciting opportunity for a CDS Analyst to work within its Berkshire head office. You will be supporting the collections development process, and running the daily collections process in SQL Server 2000 and Access database, to include DTS packages and Excel. You will also carry out first line investigation of any issues arising within the daily collections process, and produce documentation highlighting these issues. You will be skilled in supporting daily operational functions (preferably in debt and collections), be happy working in a pressured business environment. Knowledge of the utilities/Telco environment or high volume billing and collections would be an advantage. You must have a good understanding of Excel, Word, Access and SQL.
