Financial Control Accountant - Slough, Berkshire
An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Control Accountant to join this rapidly growing FMCG organisation based in Slough, Berkshire heart of the Thames Valley.
Your role is to ensure all company taxes are calculated, reported and paid in a efficient manner also manage the cashiers, control the expenses process, assit with financial reporing and improve the efficiency of all financial control processes, and produce statistical information for goverment departments.
Key result areas:
- Control the day to day running of cashiers function
- Travel Expenses
- Improve financial processes
- Calculate PAYE and NI, prepare all documents for Inland Revenue
- Complete customs and excise forms for VAT and Intrastats
The ideal candidate must be qualified accountant ACCA or ACA, Also have strong knowledge of cashbook and accounting process, Financial Reporting, (PAYE) tax, VAT and Intrastats, SAP R3 experience. Must have the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
