IT Implementation Analyst / Accounting Technician / Accounting Software – AAT or ACCA / ACA (part qualified)

Our client, a reputable accredited IT systems and service vendor need an Implementation Analyst to join their support and implementation team. Working in their hands-on interactive environment, you will work for a company that pride themselves on keeping ahead in the constant changing IT environment whilst retaining their customer-led approach.
Working within the Software Services team, you will be responsible for:
- reviewing ledger coding structures
- assisting with data investigations and corrections
- some 1st level support & implementation.
Ideally, this customer facing role will suit someone wanting to develop their IT based Accounting Knowledge gained in the commercial work place or for someone newly qualified/part qualified to AAT, ACCA or similar.
Using industry recognised accounting software and associated tools you will be required to be involved at all levels of the business.
Essential to this role, you are likely to offer the appropriate experience or a suitable accounting qualification. Self motivated, bright and with good communication skills, you will have an analytical mindset whilst working within an experienced friendly team.
You will have a solid knowledge of Access Accounts, Sage, Pegasus or other similar package and Payroll software programmes, with a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
You should demonstrate evidence of working with the technicalities of payment allocations, allocation histories and current/historical aged creditor reporting.
