They now need a Strategic Planning Business Analyst to play an integral role in many aspects of the business, at a strategic and operational level.
As the Strategic Planning Business Analyst you will assist in the strategic planning process, developing and implementing strategies to achieve both strategic and financial business goals. You will play a key role in providing regular business reporting and analysis of the market place.
As the Strategic Planning Business Analyst you will:
- assist in the management and production of a strategic plan with full supporting documentation and reporting
- support and develop the internal planning process, ensuring that operational plans are fully integrated and aligned with the strategic plan and are used as a key management tool
- provide market intelligence: appraise UK and International healthcare markets identifying likely market developments and potential competitor strategies
- provide project support – support projects to develop new business opportunities
- provide management information: produce executive reports including Healthcare Board Reports, Quarterly Business review and other presentations for senior management.
With your previous experience at an analyst level and a business and/or commercial acumen you will have a proven track record of researching, project and business development experience.
You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), ideally with a subsequent professional qualification such as MBA or Insurance Accountancy. You will display an impeccable Insurance and Financial services market knowledge to keep one step ahead and be aware of market trends.
You will possess excellent market analysis techniques with the potential to think strategically and a willingness to take ownership of your work without supervision.
A lateral thinker, persistent and pro-active you will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team effectively.
Maintaining your commitment to excellence, you will have strong analytical and numerical skills as well as a strong relationship management mentality to your work.
