Job Title:		Accounts Clerk

Description:		Accounts Clerk - Cadishead, Greater Manchester The position will report to the Management Accountant The role is involved with managing the purchase ledgers for the three Group Companies, among other things this will require „« Posting invoices/debits to ledger „« Filing „« Dealing with payment/authorisation queries „« Supplier Statement Reconciliations „« Month end Reconciliation However, the intention is the person will also be prepared to support various other activities in the Department notably: „« Managing of the weekly Time sheet system for the Group-¡¥Time control¡¦ „« Processing expense claims Requirements The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role. Good basic academic qualifications (Maths/English GSCE) would be essential. Further education qualifications especially in Accounting would be preferable.
