Description:Collection Advisor - Sutton Coldfield , Birmingham An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within one of the most well known and well established Financial Service Company’s. This sector of the business employs over 500 staff in more than 100 Personal Finance Centres across the country. These Finance Centres are designed to create an informal and friendly atmosphere. They are giving you the chance to join them within the personal finance sector as a Collections Advisor. Your main aim will be to establish contact with customers with overdue Motor, Leisure, Retail, PFS, Joint Venture, Managed Company accounts, aswell as negotiating repayment plans, and liaise with third parties including Solicitors and Money Advise Agency’s. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of building relationships with customers, excellent negotiation sklls in which they have met and exceeded targets. They will be PC Literate and an exceptional team player with ambition and a determination to succeed within such a targeted driven and pressurised environment
