Customer Services Assistant - Leamington, Warwickshire
Our client is one of the top five Building Societies in the UK who serve over 1 million customers. They have over 1,000 employees and invest a great deal of time in the training and development of their staff and have held the Investors in People Accreditation for over five years.
They now have an opportunity in their Leamington branch for a Customer Services Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12months experience in dealing directly with customers as you will be talking to customers and building relationships, which will enable you to identify their needs and spot opportunities to refer them to the advisors in the branch, therefore experience of generating leads, would be an advantage. You will need to understand and comply with all the appropriate legislation and codes of practice and keep an up to date knowledge of all products offered as well as those of their competitors.
As the face of the Society and a key member of the branch team you will be positive and flexible in your approach. You will be responsible for operating the till, handling cash (experience in this area would be an advantage), branch administration and maintaining the ATM machine.
The salary for this excellent opportunity is between £11,415 and £13,362 dependent on experience, plus Benefits.
