A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a world leading business school. Our client, consistently ranked as a world leader in executive education, offers a comprehensive portfolio of tailored and open executive education, organisational consultancy, coaching and qualification programmes and virtual learning resources that help transform organisations and individuals. They are now looking for a talented Bought Ledger Controller to join their Finance Department.
As the Bought Ledger Controller you will be responsible for receiving, distributing, processing, paying and filing supplier invoices. The role will also involve processing timesheets for weekly-paid staff.
A fast moving environment; you will be involved with the continuous high volume of invoices received, which can vary between 1200-1500 invoices per month.
Essential to your success in this role you will have previous Bought Ledger experience.
You will demonstrate good knowledge of bookkeeping & VAT; experience in keeping to deadlines; and a working knowledge of routine payroll. Our client will provide full training in specific areas such as the Dream accounting package, VAT and Payroll.
This role is an integral link to our client’s relationship with all external suppliers. At all time you will display a high level of discretion, accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
