Job Title:Senior HNW Administrator
Description:Senior HNW Administrator - East Croydon, Surrey - Senior HNW Administrator - Among the largest international life insurance companies in the world, my client has operations in more than 50 countries. This arm of the company specialise in group risk, employee benefits, pensions, offshore and onshore investments (with over 35,000 bonds) and a HNW - VIP investments division. Title: Senior HNW Administrator Location: East Croydon Reports To: Team Leader Division: High Net Worth - Private Clients RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls for Private Clients division regarding High Net Worth products. Processing quotations and literature requests. Providing support to the Private Client's sales team. Answering queries about products, past, present and future. Handling predominantly new business quotations. Acting as the first point of contact for the Private Clients. Dealing with tax, policy, trust and corporate investment queries. To monitor and reconcile bank account(s) and match client funds with applications Responsible for top ups on premier access bonds and matching monies. Involved in compiling daily, weekly and monthly reports. Monitor competitor rates. Handling a number of "miscellaneous" tasks, which results in our role being extremely varied and often challenging. Liaising with brokers, major client bank institutions, building societies, IFA's and some client queries. ESSENTIAL: Candidates will have a proven track record working within a similar role within a varied administration/customer services environment. Excellent telephone manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly Numerate. First class customer service skills. Ability to remain calm when working under pressure. Extremely well organised, ability to priorities' workload. Must have the ability to multi task. Ability to work within team and on own initiative. Enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude. Extremely organised with good attention to detail. Strong administration skills. Ideally candidates should come from a Financial Services background including Life Insurance, building society, general insurance, banking or finance background. Experience gained within a varied administration/customer services office environment. DESIRABLE: Any study towards a financial services qualification or equivalent desirable, but not essential. SYSTEMS Excellent knowledge of Word/Excel - Must be good with Excel, understand formulas and be able to create and amend spreadsheets.
