Job Title:		Finance Director

Description:		CMP Entertainment is a leading music promotion and management company, responsible for over 500 music and sporting events per year, including major national and international concert tours. Based in Liverpool City Centre, we are now seeking to recruit a Finance Director, who will contribute to all aspects of the company's financial affairs and administration and plany a key role in the realisation of the company's goals. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a new position which will encompass a wide range of duties and responsibilities in relation to financial affairs and - hands on - day to day management of the business. The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with a proven track record in a commercial environment. Core requirements of the position will be to: - enhance the availability of financial information together with developing existing IT systems - produce financial management reporting for internal reporting and assist with the planning and execution of financing strategy and improving reporting procedures to impact across the business - develop effective systems and processes to support the future growth of the business - be a team player as well as effectively manage a team of individuals and improve cost centres across the board - demonstrate a strong intellect and exceptional numerical reasoning skills Interested candidates should forward their CV with a covering email:
