Job Title:		Finance Director

Description:		We are a group of Executive Search businesses, with operations in London, New York and Hong Kong. This highly profitable organisation has experienced rapid growth since inception and is looking for a highly ambitious, commercially aware Finance Director to support its future growth and complement its sales led management team. Supporting the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, will be technically competent, have a strong commercial background with minimum equivalent of 5 years post-qualified experience and will combine attention to detail with a practical “hands on” style. The individual appointed will preferably have experience of fast moving sales/service type, medium sized operations and have the ability to impose tight financial/budgetary control. After the initial period of enhancing the finance function within the organisation, the candidate must show the aptitude to “broaden” his/her remit to encompass the global group of businesses. The implementation of “world class” systems would be expected as would the ability to manage staff at all levels. This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly talented finance professional to make a significant contribution, both strategically and operationally, to the future success and direction of this exciting business.
